Job Description:

Objective of the position

  • Desire a professional Senior Marketing Executive position with SNA.
  • Offering ability to drive profit through strategic marketing plans and brand awareness.
  • Develop good work relationships between sales and marketing teams to increase efficiency and productivity.

Description of tasks

  • The tasks listed below do not limit the responsibilities of the position. Additional tasks can be assigned according to the actual business demand.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and forecasts to achieve SNA objectives for products and services.
  • Develop and manage marketing operating budgets.
  • Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
  • Develop and recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
  • Ensure effective control of marketing results, and take corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
  • Oversee and evaluate market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
  • Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
  • Guide preparation of marketing activity reports and present to executive management.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
  • Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control marketing programs.
  • Coordinate liaison between sales department and other sales related units.
  • Analyze and control expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.
  • Assist other departments within organization to prepare manuals, technical publications and school events
  • Direct product research and development.

Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor Degree Marketing or related field.


  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing or brand communication consulting or digital strategy or in-house role.

Specific knowledge

  • Full understanding of Vietnam mainland market.
  • Have a sophisticated understanding and a proven track record of how to use brand, marketing and communication as tools to make new markets, create and sustain relevant social and in-person networks.

  • Be an articulate, accurate, and timely communicator.
  • Able to build and sustain momentum and keep an eye on the big picture while managing the details.
  • Have a passion for brand, marketing, communications and design.
  • Have experience working in a creative environment and international working culture.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills of English.
