[SNA IB HCMC] CONTENT MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Job Description:
SNA-HCMC is looking for an experienced Content Marketing Executive, to commence in December 2025.

Job Purpose:
The Content Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing content marketing strategies that drive enrollment and enhance the online presence of SNA. This role is essential in achieving admission targets and strengthening the school's reputation through engaging and high-quality content.
Duties and responsibilities:
Admissions Target Achievement:
- Undertake content marketing initiatives to support the admissions team in reaching enrolment targets for the school.
- Collaborate closely with the admissions team to understand enrolment goals and align content strategies accordingly.
Content Creation and Collaboration:
- Work in tandem with graphic designers and video editors to produce high-quality content, including written, visual, and video materials.
- Ensure content is visually appealing and aligns with the school's branding and messaging.
Editorial Calendar Management:
- Develop and maintain an editorial calendar to plan, organize, and schedule content creation and distribution.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure deadlines are met.
Regular Content Delivery:
- Consistently deliver engaging and informative content that highlights the school's programs, achievements, and educational opportunities.
- Adapt content to various platforms, ensuring that it resonates with the target audience.
Content Improvement:
- Edit, proofread, and enhance content to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Continuously refine content to ensure it aligns with evolving educational goals and messaging.
Multichannel Distribution:
- Share content through various channels, including the school's website, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Ensure a strong and consistent web presence to attract and engage prospective families.
Customer Engagement and Feedback:
- Receive and analyze customer feedback, including inquiries and comments.
- Generate innovative ideas and content strategies to increase customer engagement and inquiries.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to address inquiries promptly and provide relevant information.
SEO and Web Analytics:
- Implement SEO strategies to enhance the visibility of school content in search engine results.
- Utilize web analytics tools to monitor content performance and user engagement, making data-driven adjustments.
Job Requirement:
Education:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or related fields.
Specialized requirements:
– Understanding SEO principles, including keyword research and on-page optimization, is crucial for writing content that ranks well on search engines.
– Strong research skills to gather accurate and reliable information from various sources.
– Being able to write for different formats and platforms, such as blogs, social media, emails, and more.
– Staying up to date with industry trends, current events, and popular culture that may be relevant to your content.
– Knowledge of content distribution and promotion strategies to increase content visibility.
