SENIOR ADMISSIONS EXECUTIVE – SNA IB HCMC
Job Description:
Position Overview:
The Senior Admissions Executive plays a pivotal role in the operations of the Admissions Department at SNA. The incumbent is responsible for guiding prospective students and their families through the admissions process, ensuring a seamless transition to the school, and contributing to meeting enrollment targets. This role plays an essential part in welcoming and onboarding new students while also providing support throughout the enrollment process.
Admissions Counseling:
- Provide admissions counseling to prospective students and their families, offering
information and guidance about the school's programs, admissions requirements, academic
opportunities, and the value of an education at the International School.
- Actively engage in consultative selling to assist families in making informed decisions about
enrolling at the school.
Admissions Process Management:
- Oversee the admissions process, from initial inquiries to enrollment, ensuring it is efficient,
transparent, and in line with the school's policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the academic department to ensure a smooth transition for new students,
emphasizing the school's unique selling points.
KPI Achievement and Sales Target:
- Work toward achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to new student
enrollments and revenue targets.
- Proactively engage in sales-related strategies to attract and convert prospective students
into enrolled students.
Tuition Fee Management and Sales Negotiation:
- Ensure accurate tuition fee information is communicated to prospective students and their
parents.
- Follow up with parents to facilitate the payment of tuition fees and address any financial
concerns, effectively engaging in negotiation if necessary.
Enrollment Coordination and Upselling:
- Coordinate with relevant academic departments to facilitate the enrollment and
onboarding of new students.
- Identify opportunities for upselling academic services or co-curricular activities to
prospective students and parents.
Information Reception and Sales Inquiry Handling:
- Welcome guests, parents, and students, whether in person, via phone calls, or through
email.
- Handle inquiries with a sales-oriented approach, emphasizing the school's unique selling
propositions and benefits.
Tuition & Fee Management and Payment Plans:
- Calculate and communicate tuition fees to parents, presenting the value of the education
provided.
- Announce tuition and fee information to parents, offering flexibility through payment plans
and assisting with financial arrangements to support enrollment.
Admissions Office Oversight:
- Supervise the operations of the admissions office, ensuring a high level of professionalism,
organization, and efficiency.
- Implement improvements to streamline the admissions process and enhance the overall
sales and enrollment experience for prospective families.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the line Manager.
Job Requirement:
Education:
University Graduation (in commerce, business administration, customer service, or equivalent qualifications)
Specialized requirements:
– Proven experience in sales and customer service.
– Candidates with experience in international education are preferred
– Knowledge in ERP/CRM.
– Good command in English & Vietnamese including reading, speaking, and writing.
– Excellence in communication and negotiation.
– Creativeness, detail attentiveness, carefulness, team player, proactiveness, and good planning skills.
– Commitment to results, dedicated to working, and having a long-term intention.
– Standard computer skills (Microsoft Office, Email).
